Running Workshops - Highlights from recent "Running Smarter" online webinar
I have been lucky enough to have spoken in a variety of different forums and settings in 2026, including international keynote conference presentations, workshops for other clinics/clinicians, education at master level courses, mainstream Australian media, online webinars/workshops, small group sessions for athletes.. and much more! I have also locked in opportunities for 2027 already, and as the calendar fills up, I'm left with a shortening amount of availabilities. If you are interested in having me present, speak to your team, or workshops in 2027, please reach out!

Below are some highlights from a recent "Running Smarter" workshop I delivered for LV Coaching over the weekend. The goal of the workshop was the translate the science into practical take-aways, particularly around running technique, training load, and other holistic considerations the influence injury risk/performance.
The session provided a comprehensive framework for runners to reduce injury risk and improve performance through evidence-based adjustments to technique, training load, strength, and holistic recovery . The primary conclusion is that while there is no "perfect" technique, runners should aim for "better, not perfect" by focusing on high-impact changes like increasing cadence and building calf capacity.
The workshop was well received and I look forward to hearing how the coaches and runners improve over the coming months!
