Welcome to the evidence-based guide to partner with my Keynote Presentation at IC-SAPTA 2026 in Surakarta, Indonesia. I was honoured to be approached to present at this international sports medicine conference, particularly around the topic of my personal, professional and research interest, endurance runners. The presentation was titled "Keeping Runners Healthy: Integrating Science, Practice and Performance". I am proud of the depth of running related evidence included in th
