I'm a big advocate for the mantra of "never stop learning!". As a student, as an athlete, as a health professional (or any professional for that matter). I have adopted this mindset myself during my career, and look to bring this into how I approach patient care. Throughout my varied roles roles over the years, including at RMIT (current) and Swinburne (former) universities, invitations to talk at Melbourne University and invited online workshops for training organisations, Athlete’s Edge Physiotherapy webinars, my Runners Improvement Toolkit course, workshops and inservices at previous workplaces.. and much more.. I've learned a lot, and hopefully shared a lot of knowledge. Everyone benefits from learning.. Athletes, Patients, Students, Health Professionals.. everyone!
Included here is a collection of slides from some of the many workshops, lectures, presentations and talks. I really enjoy sharing knowledge, helping others improve, and the process of empowering others to be better, smarter, more well rounded versions of themselves. I think the process of posing a question, providing scope for discussion, and also keeping the education very evidence-based is important.
Reach out if you want to discuss me speaking or presenting for you or your team. I currently have limited availability for workshops, webinars, educational courses and bespoke options that may suit you or your business/organisation.
